It is allowed:
- Possession of more than 1 account, if there are no personal benefits between accounts;
- Monitor from / to another user, provided you do not have any connection with each other
(factory, sales, skyscraper);

It is not alowed:
Rule 1: Buying shares in a factory by people playing on one computer (IP address);
Rule 2: Sales of trucks between the people playing on one computer (IP address);
Rule 3: Driving the offers from factory, in which shareholder is player playing from the same computer as you (IP address);
Rule 4: Systematic delivering of goods from a factory, from users using one computer (IP address), in order to benefit the owners.
